Architecturally aims to encourage London's local residents and visitors to venture around the city and explore its diverse landscape of architecture. With more and more skyscrapers being commissioned and built every year, many of London's buildings — whether they were built in the 12th Century or the 20th Century — tend to be overlooked and forgotten.
Having moved to London nearly 10 years ago, I still find interesting and quirky buildings around the city, and wish I knew more about their architecture and history. As part of my MA in Web Design and Content Planning at the University of Greenwich, I wanted to combine my interest in the city's architecture and my love for illustration, and create something that could be useful to those who shared the same curiosity as me. Although in its early stages, I hope to expand the site over time to include as many of London's buildings as possible and provide a comprehensive resource to both visitors and locals.
Please feel free to get in touch, whether you'd like to provide some feedback or see a building featured on the site, I'm always happy to hear what your thoughts are!
